What we learned


  • Used contractors that were feuding which delayed the project and drove up time, required extra contractors, and eventually ate up all of our potential profit.
  • Over calculated our ARV.  Future projects we are being more conservative with our projections, as well as, asking two - three sources rather than just rely on one source to define the ARV.
