I'm Jennifer
I’m Jennifer Barner — a wife, mom of four, and founder of Lighthouse Ventures, where faith meets financial freedom.
When I first started exploring real estate, my husband simply asked me to help pay a utility bill. But I had bigger dreams, dreams of creating financial stability for our family and leaving a legacy for our children. What began as a small goal turned into a life-changing journey that allowed us to put all four of our children through college debt-free, using creativity, strategy, and faith as our guide.
Over the years, I’ve flipped homes, built a single-family portfolio, and acquired multifamily communities across the country. Through the highs and the hard lessons, I learned that financial freedom isn’t just about money , it’s about stewardship, vision, and using what’s in your hands to multiply what God’s given you.
Today, through Lighthouse Ventures, I partner with investors who want to grow their wealth with purpose, and through my coaching programs, I teach individuals and families how to confidently invest in real estate to build legacy and lasting impact.

How it all started...
It started with one single step of faith, and turned into a legacy.
Sometimes God opens a door that changes everything. For me, it started with one small decision to learn and it grew into a calling to help others build wealth, wisdom, and legacy through real estate.
When I took that first step of faith, I had no idea where it would lead, only that God was stirring something new in me. Looking back, that moment became the foundation for the life, business, and legacy I’m blessed to live today.
My Journey
📍 The Beginning — 2015
A girlfriend invited me to a two-hour Rich Dad real-estate event. When I heard the presenter boldly declare she could be dropped in any city across America and start making money with her real-estate knowledge, something in me came alive. I knew I wanted to learn what she knew.
💡 The Turning Point
My husband and I signed up
for the three-day training that followed and that weekend changed the course of our lives.
We discovered we could use our IRA to invest in real estate, and it opened our eyes to what was possible when faith and financial wisdom come together.
🏠 The Early Years
I started small, flipping homes, building a single-family portfolio, and mastering creative financing strategies. What began as a desire to pay one bill soon helped us put all four of our children through college debt-free and laid the foundation for a family legacy.
🏢 The Expansion
As my confidence grew, so did my vision. I transitioned into multifamily investing, acquiring apartment buildings and partnering with others who shared a heart for stewardship and impact. Each property became both a classroom and a testimony of God’s provision.

I partner with investors and families who want to grow wealth with purpose. My mission is to guide others to financial freedom, helping them build not just assets, but legacy.
